It has taken me 2 1/2 years to complete my Associate's Degree in Pastry Arts.
I remember the first day I walked into class. Intimidated by the commerical
equipment. Questioning my sanity. But, most of all excited about the future!
Currently, I am a baker at a prestigious Las Vegas Strip resort bakeshop, and
still have plans to open a by appointment cake studio.
