Dr. Ruth needed 3 cakes for the holidays. Her favorite
is the pineapple cake, moist and full of pineapple along
with a pineapple cream cheese icing.
The chocolate cake is yellow cake and chocolate
meringue icing.
The caramel cake is one to kill for! Full of pecans, and
buttery brown sugar goodness! It is topped with a
skillet made caramel cream cheese icing!
