I have been trying to find out if you can use Chocolate Transfer Sheets on Fondant and could not figure out how the print would attach. How clever to use the heat of the iron for the cocoa butter to melt. Can you do is directly on the finished cake also? (With a cut out shape of fondant). Very exciting...
Yes, you sure can use it directly on a cake. You can actually attach the transfer sheets to the fondant and cut them out in shapes using a cooking cutter or exacto blade. Can also cover an entire cake as I've show with my very own technique.
